Noelle graduated from St. Andrews Presbyterian College with Magna Cum Laude honors in 2001. She is a licensed stockbroker holding series 6, 7, 63, 65 and 24 licenses. She is Series 65 Investment Advisor licensed and she is insurance licensed for Life Accident & Health as well as Long Term Care and Medicare Supplement. She also holds the Certified Senior Advisor designation, and she is a Certified Financial Planner™.

Noelle enjoys teaching at Sandhills Community College through their Creative Living department. She currently teaches four courses: “Financial Decision Making for Retirees,” “Financial Decision Making for Women,” “Annuities… Myths and Misconceptions” and “Mutual Fund Investing during Retirement.” She is a member of the Alfred Moore Chapter of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution, and she is the treasurer of the Sandhills Repertory Theatre.

Noelle and her husband Matt have been married since 2005 and have four children.
